James H. Lee brings over 15 years of trade and project management experience across both on-site and office roles. With a deep, hands-on understanding of electrical, fire, and communications integration, James founded Leemont Pty Ltd to solve a common industry problem: fragmented trades causing project delays and incomplete outcomes.
Unlike many contractors where decisions are delegated or outsourced, at Leemont the director is directly involved in every project. That means faster decisions, clearer communication, and a single point of accountability from first-fit to final inspection.
