LV Electrical Fire (Ampac) Comms (Panduit)

This project transformed a former office space at the University of Western Australia's Fairway campus into a modern Optometry facility, enhancing learning and research capabilities. The scope involved revamping the electrical infrastructure, installing new lighting systems for optimal functionality, integrating an Ampac fire detection and alarm system, and establishing a Panduit network cabling infrastructure for connectivity.

The project commenced in November 2022 and was completed on schedule in September 2023, meeting high-quality standards throughout. It demonstrates the value of coordinating electrical, fire, and communications as a single integrated scope.

LV Electrical Fire (Notifier) Comms (Panduit) KNX Lighting

The Reid Library Level 1 Refurbishment was a significant revitalisation of the University of Western Australia's most iconic public learning space. The scope included LV electrical switchboard replacements, a Notifier fire detection and alarm system, Panduit communications cabling infrastructure, and a KNX lighting control system throughout the level.

The refurbishment transformed the Level 1 public space, bringing an architectural quality that now radiates through the whole building. The project was delivered on schedule at the end of 2024, demonstrating the value of coordinating electrical, fire, communications, and lighting control as a single integrated scope.
