Electrical

Good to know: LED lighting uses up to 75% less energy and lasts up to 25 times longer than traditional fluorescent lighting. Upgrading to LED not only reduces energy costs but also minimises maintenance disruptions on your site.
Dry Fire Systems
A dry fire system is what gives a building time. It detects the issue early, alerts occupants, and triggers the right responses before things get out of control. Getting it right isn't optional.
We install and integrate fire systems so they work as part of the whole building. That includes everything from detection and alarms through to HVAC shutdown, door releases, and lift recall.
Installed, tested, and commissioned in line with AS 1670 and the NCC, every system is handed over ready to perform when it's needed.
Good to know: Smoke detectors don't last forever. Industry standards recommend replacing commercial smoke detectors every 10 years to maintain reliability and compliance. If your building has older units, it's worth an inspection.
Communications
